About Ryan

It was a family vacation in 1985 that was Ryan’s first experience with Fernie. After completing university in Thunder Bay, it was the lure of the bottomless powder in the valley that convinced him to settle here full time.

For the past 7 years, Ryan has been recognized as one of the top 5 real estate agents in the Fernie area. Ryan has experience in all areas of real estate, with a specific focus on residential/recreational and investment properties. Ryan’s past clients have appreciated his “no bull” approach to the competitive Fernie market. He is an effective and proven negotiator, communicator, and marketing professional with client needs as his top priority. He is also a member of the Remax 100% Club.

In his free time in the winter months, expect to find Ryan hunting stashes of powder at Fernie Alpine Resort or in the vast backcountry that surrounds the valley. In the summer months, Ryan enjoys mountain biking and camping in the surrounding wilderness.
